Starz/EPIX

Starz was removed from our package, but we were told we would get EPIX instead. When we turn to EPIX, it says a subscription is needed. What gives?

Recall the "statement from Tom".......

A Message from Tom

Hello, I'm Tom Karinshak, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Comcast. As a Comcast customer, you are priority number one. We have a dedicated team of employees across the country working hard every day to make sure we deliver the superior experience you deserve. We are here for you. If you have a question or a concern about your service, we have numerous ways you can reach us. Please choose one that's convenient for you and connect with our team.

Read a letter from Tom

My reply then was:
Hello, Mr. Karinshak, I'm one of the 'priorities'.  I'm looking into my other options away from Comcast; tired of talking with "loyalty representatives" and getting $20.00 discounts--and then channels we've enjoyed are dropped (i.e. channel that was enjoyed and showed "Bewitched", Perry Mason, etc is now the "Jim Bakker" PTL channel)--but hey, I do have three NFL Networks...

So, Mr. Karinshak....aside from paying more money, what is YOUR solution (I am not going to call a rep or go to local store)??

So, no....sadly they don't hear us or care.  Tom's letter that we are "priorities" was not true😖

What you CAN count on:  Runaround.  Not hearing the truth.  Being told "nothing we can do" and  "we can't help, the companies/channels are in dispute".  Being "graciously given" (hear the sarcasm) channels that are the PITS (i.e. Screenpix).  Talking to "loyalty experts" telling them you are going to leave Comcast and they work the script giving you what amounts to $20 off your bill.  It goes on and on.  In this world of uncertainties, pain, anger, fear, "pauses/shutdowns", etc. you can be certain of paying more to a corporation that continually removes what is enjoyed, throws out scraps (ScreenPix)--and sadly does not care one bit.  I'm sorry to be such a downer...but being in a state that's "pausing/locked down"....it's hard to find the will for optimism.

I'm with you on that........if you say you're going to give us EPIX then give us EPIX or don't say you're going to give us EPIX if you're not going to give us EPIX.

A downer, but you're pretty much telling it like it is!
