Sports entertainment Package
I tried adding the Sports Entertainment Package. I am trying to watch a college football game and the CBS Sports channel requires a subsciption. The instructions on the TV say to go to my account and select Upgrade but that is not an option. Any attempts to add the package online don't work - just direct me to an agent but no agents are available. I was given a callback timeof 35 minutes - too late to enable me to watch the game.

I'm having the same issue, and if you've had it since yesterday, that's not a good sign...

I order the sports and entertainment package a few months ago I called customer service at 800 934 6489 and the rep I spoke to got the package up and working before I hung up the phone with that rep this may help if you have not called the same phone number I call
