Sports are broadcasting in spanish especially NFL

NFL games on any channel ESPN , CBS are broadcasting in spanish. Then the tvshow will be in English and some voice breaks in and says what the characters are doing - like turning to someone and talking. Just started this week.  We are not set for spanish on audio and it is random.
