Qvc channel pops up!!

Will be watching a show or just turn my t.v. on and there it goes, the worst channel!!! Qvc!!! I have seen over 20 different posts, please fix my promble and stop it from everyone eles having it happen

Hello can we get some help in this subject- originally saw posts about this a year ago and still happening today. I’ve never seen a Comcast response. We have this exact problem too.
