QVC take over

How many people are having a problem with QVC taking over the channel you are watching?

I have had two DVR's changed out, changed remote and one tech said my outside wiring was at fault which he said he changed the cable connection. I called several times and it's always the same answers, trouble shooting , etc.

I googled the problem and found out I'm not alone.... Many people with the same exact problem!

Fed up with comcast!!!!

We're in Blaine, MN and this has been an ongoing frustrating issue. No, I haven't called yet - don't expect any reasonable response - based on what I have read here. But, YES, QVC is taking over. This is especially evident when attempting to use voice control.

The channel is on QVC (2?) and you say, "Fox News" - and it stays on QVC. If you MANUALLY move to another channel and say the same thing - you get to Fox News. This has been happening for months now.

Based on other messages I have read here, it appears to have been happening for a couple of years. Ugh.

It got worse today. Now it's not QVC it's "IMPACT". Whatever we're on - eventually it goes back to IMPACT. No problem if we are watching DVR. This is crazy.

I'm having the same problem and there seems to be plenty of past complaints for this issue. This is not a problem with a single converter/DVR. Comcast needs to get serious about looking into this issue and solving it instead of looking at each incident in isolation like all of the other complaints don't exist.

Our problem, for the most part, has been resolved by going to the (I think) 4G DVR base. Best of luck to you. It can be very frustrating.

It's October 2 and we've been having this problem for several months. Totally frustrating! I wish I knew who to call, text or email to complain to.  Thanks for the suggestion.
