I am so tired of having things added to my contract that I did not want and then finding out when I had it removed that it also included my most favorite channels. Then getting SEC sports garbage when I specifically have a pkg without sports. Inspirational channels I do not want. Just plain garbage that I did not ask for and it all would cost me more money. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. These pkg prices are getting just too expensive. To me $17.95 is the price for several meals that I could cook myself. The price of an Rx. How about taking a poll of seniors and find out what we would like to watch. We are being forgotten and the younger generation getting all the streaing, gaming, garbage and we have to pay more for what we prefef. If we go to basic it is almost worthless.

My bill now is up to 20% in service fees for local channels and sports. I watch neither and $20.00 a month is too big a hit to absorb. It will be back to Dish since I still have all the equipment as my comcast that started at 130.00 a month inet/tv is now 200.00 a month. Finally priced themselves out of my budget. The $60 extra will pay my water bill instead.
