We added NFL redzone a week or two ago and it is not what we hoped so we want to cancel it, but when I try to do it online by going to add/manage premium channels it does not even take me to the page to do it. It just gives a chat to the Xfinity chatbot which is useless.
I have now been trying for over a week because I assumed it was just a temporary glitch in the Xfinity system. I tried again today, however, and same thing. I think they are intentionally making it hard to cancel a premium channel. Has anyone else had this issue? I am thinking about contacting my state consumer protection agency, but other than this I really like Xfinity so am trying to find a solution before filing a complaint.
Whenever I add or delete a service I have always called Comcast customer service at 800 934 6489 when the voice message says how can I help you say
I want to Cancel one item I just cancel EPIX myself two weeks ago with no problem
