I cannot find anyone experiencing this problem online and do not know if it is Comcast or Pluto TV issue.
Pluto TV had been working just fine, and then over the weekend it stuck on one of its channels and that's it. The one channel it is stuck on continues to live stream, but you cannot change to another Pluto Channel, get their guide or info up ... and weirdly ... their Pluto TV identity screen (with logo of channel you are on) and their animated logos (spacemen/toys that appears during commercials/buffering) also does not appear.
It is almost like it is locked or not responding to remote control ... but no error message or alert, and it is not locked in parental controls (I tried locking & unlocking Pluto TV to see if that reopened it and and relinking remote, but, nope). None of our other app-type channels has a problem, youtube, tubi, etc. all working normally.
Have done all the usual, unplug, replug, refresh, etc., and have contacted Pluto TV as well.

It felt like it just might be a problem in our house alone, as I am not seeing anyone else posting this issue anywhere else online. Thought maybe I had managed to accidentally trigger some sort of secret channel lock that was not visible on my account screens. If I get a response from Pluto I will post it here.
Fun while it lasted I guess. I liked Pluto on my TV, but will not use it on my computer. I work in my office on the computer all day and do not hang out there to watch stuff. Oh well.
Same here...I will not watch on computer. As you stated it worked one day very well and then all of a sudden started buffering. It is definately a Pluto issue. The more people watch the channel the more it freezes. I will be standing by for any info on your contact with Pluto. THX
