Plan Cost Bait & Switch?

Anyone else experience a bait & switch when signing up for TV service? I was quoted the Preferred package for $113, but got the Basic instead. When I called to see why I could see all of the Preferred channels, I was told I would have to upgrade & pay $179. Boo!
