Pixellation issues

I continue to experience significant pixelation on a regular basis on handful of channels. I have had 2-3 Comcast techs out and make a few chnages inside (internal splitter) and outside where the drop meets my inside wiring (also a splitter issue). But these issues persist and Comcast does not seem to care or pay attention. At what point do I give up and call Verizon?
