Have several channels that are unwatchable due to pixelation, picture breaking up!

Freeform, Bravo, sports, etc - i switched from Direct TV several months ago and am now regreting it.

Comcast will not sent anyone out unless you have "No Service", so why should I keep paying for channels I cannot watch?

Also going to cancel our AutoPay and see if that gets any results.

Cancelling auto pay isn’t going to fix your cable. Check your cables are tight and in good repair and remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out when the pandemic allows to troubleshoot further
