Not informed about ID channel going away
I just re-upped for a new 2 year contract less than two weeks ago. I used the manage plan feature to find the deal that I wanted. I selected a plan that included over 200 channels. On the manage plan website all the plans that had 200+ channels showed the ID channel as being one of the channels on the plan.
Now a couple of days ago, the ID channel is no longer available to me.
At the least, Xfinity should not have included the ID channel in the lineup for those plans knowing that the ID channel would be disappearing in couple of days. Even today, now that the ID channel has disappeard, it is still showing up in the "Manage Plan" feature for all 200+ plans.
I am requesting that Xfinity should do the right thing and re-add the ID channel for those plans which advertised it and for those customers who entered into a contract with that understanding.
