No Signal Cable Channel 1128 (C-SPAN) in New London/Norwich CT - for the past month!
There is no signal on Cable Channel 1128, which is C-SPAN HD. We are in zip code 06371 which is part of the East Haddam, Norwich, New London, Connecticut Comcast network.
The station is in our channel lineup and it streams correctly on the Xfinity App, but there is NO signal on
Cable channel 1128 C-SPAN HD.
I have scanned all of our other HD channels and all appear to be operating correctly.
I have attempted to report it to Comcast customer service, but it is like talking to the wall. It was first reported to customer service as a technical issue a month ago. We received no feedback and were never contacted after speaking to multiple telephone agents. And, C-SPAN, HD is still blank with no signal!
The station in sometimes referred to as C-SPAN1.
The SD C-SPAN (Cable Channel 15) is still operable, as are the SD & HD versions of C-SPAN2 and C-SPAN3 (HD version on 1129 and 1130).
These problems are very difficult to communicate to Comcast who seems to disinterested in receiving them and correcting them.
