No Audio on Freeform in zip 19030

I don't know when it started, but there is currently no audio on Freeform.  There appears to be audio during a few commercials, but most commercials and the regular programming have no audio.

This is happening on the SD and HD feeds on both my X1 Box and my HD-DTA.  I also checked my my nieghbors who have leagcy moto boxes (non-X1) and they also have no audio.  Called neighbors a few streets away and no audio as well.

In my area Freeform is on frequency 309 MHz and other channels on that frequency are fine.  This appears to be a feed specific issue that doesn't require troubleshooting from my end.
