NHL Center Ice in HD 2019 nowhere to be found
I spent 80 minutes in the last two days with online chat representatices over the past two days trying to find elusive Center Ice HD broadcasts. Center Ice beta does not as I just get an error message. Neither customer rep could provide any real answers other than to blame my x1 equipment (which is fine) or the NHL. My concern was elevated to the "advanced team' who have of coyrse not contacted me, nor have I seen the credit on my bill that rep " Gagan" promised. Why xant Xfinity just admit there are no HD games yet except on 750???? Comcast Chad, where are you?

Attempt number 3, this time with a floor supervisor. Same result, they would not confirm how many HD Center Ice channels there should be. Took 10 minutes for them to figure out the NFL (yes, NFL) channel is not the issue.
