NFL RED ZONE

I tried adding RED ZONE on the web site.  It said to call a 877 number.

The 877 number said they were closed and to chat online.

The chat online said no agents were available.

 

Why do you not have a way to add a package online?  

This is pathetic.

Found out.  Apparently, since I have a Tivo with cablecard instead of their $15 X1 box, and use their Roku app for IP only channels included in my package, their computer will not let them add the sports and entertainment package to my account unless I pay for an unneeded X1 box too, even though I could have watched it fine on the Roku app.

So, no NFL Red Zone for me.

Same issue for me, I have to get a X1 box to see if it will show up on my CableCard tuner.  Silly.

Good luck.  I tried X1, and the box ran so hot I had to buy a laptop cooler for it, and it still burned out after 6 months...hence my using Tivo.   I solved my issue.  I switched to AT&T Fiber internet and DirecTv with Sunday Ticket for $30 less a month.  I wasnt in the mood to play.
