NFL Channel

I am trying to get the NFL Channel (Not redzone).  I tried to upgrade my package and it keeps failing.  Is NFL channel not available on Xfinity?  I tried to do the Chat Assistant and that was a waste.  It keeps closing after I ask a question.

It is included in my package (200 channel one).  It is also in the Sports and Entertainment add on.

Try saying "More sports and entertainment" into your X1 voice remote and see if it will let you add it on.

Of course, some channels are not available in some markets, so your mileage may vary.
