NBC Not Working (Washington DC, Channel 804)

NBC Not Working (Washington DC, Channel 804)

For at least the last week it says "We are having trouble on our end", only on NBC, which seems especially weird since Comcast owns NBC! Called once and the recording said that it "noticed an issue" and reset my cable box, but I am still having this issue. Any ideas? Am I the only one experiencing this??

error message/error mesage number? when you are having the problem, use a smart phone/tablet and the Xfinity stream TV app. does it play the channel normally?
