NBA League Pass

Hello, 

I am currently a subscriber to NBA League Pass on NBA.com and was wondering if I switch over to the subscription through Xfinity, would I still be able to sign in on the NBA website and stream games on there as well? Wanting to be able to watch the games on the go as well as out home.
