Monday night football not in HD

Why does Monday night football only play in low resolution? No HD how do you watch football in low resolution thought you had great service!? And 2nd in 2 years you still cant keep the speeds I pay for even close. If we only get 1/4 of what we are paying for then chage us for only that!
