Missing channels??

After having to change my plan, I lost SCI & AXS channels, however, both still show in my channel lineup. I get an error to subscribe online.

I have same issue; missing channels but they show on my "supposed" free to me channels.  My cost went up $22+ month and the channels I used to get are now subscription only, plus, there is no accurate listing.  Spent 30 minutes on phone but still no resolution.  We should, at least, be able to see what we are paying for but channels are misrepresented when we buy the product.  I have 30 days to cancel completely and that is definitely on my agenda.

After at least 45 minutes in a chat with 2 different agents, it was discovered that in my change I dropped from preferred to basic?? So for $18 I could get them back, which still ended up $10 less? than what it had gone up to. Yikes.

Same thing happening to me. I have made no changes to my account.

Have tried xfinity assistant, and receive an error that the website can't be reached. The missing channels I have always had, and they are in my channel lineup.

Within my account, I can't even assess the "change plan" tab. It says contact support, which loops me back to the xfinity assistant, which I CAN'T ACCESS.

This is ridiculous.

This is happening to me too and they are completely useless to resolve the issue. I want to cancel my service if I can figure out how to do that.

I also learned if you say need agent or something like that, you will finally get a real person chatting. That stinks if you didn't do anything!!
