Switched from just internet to internet + TV on 11/22 and have not seen any channels other than "TV Go" on Samsung TV, Roku, iPad app and in the browser. Switched because Hulu is raising their pricing. Hope this gets resolved before our next monthly charge for Hulu. We have tried AT&T and Hulu but keep coming back to Xfinity because Xfinity has always seemed to have the best quality but, this is very disappointing.
Found the answer: Contact support via phone and ask for a FULL ACCOUNT REFRESH. Support person said something may have been out of sync between what our account showed as our TV plan and the TV plan that the Apps saw. Since we had no channels for an entire week we were also able to ask for a reduction on our next bill.
