We keep getting error code 225 or 228 on channels 13,11,and channel 2. A few days ago it started pixalating now we have nothing on those. I have reset the main box and the boxes for each tv. I am at a loss.
There is something impeding the frequency those channels are coming in on. Check your cable is tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further. Channels come in on different frequencies, that’s why whatever is happening is only affecting those frequencies
