Missing TV channels with streaming service after returning TV Box
I switched to the "X1 Saver Pro+Double Play" in June
I was using Xfinity Stream App on Roku devices for access to TV channels in past a few month. Since I don't use TV box, I returned the three cable boxes to Comcast in Aug.
From about 2 weeks ago, I lost access to most of the channels (ESPN/HGTV/DISNEY etc) I had with the Bundle. I now only get things like limited around total 10 local channels. But from my xfinity online account, I am still with same package "X1 Saver Pro+Double Play" which should include 140+ channels.
I called custom service multiple times but couldn't have problem fix. I read from below thread for same issue from other customer. Can someone help fix this?
