For months I have subscribed to and have had STARZ/STARZ HD in my lineup, but today I get a window saying I need to subscribe. I *am* a subscriber. I have the STARZ Encore and the others like that, but STARZ itself is only allowing On Demand, and that's what is showing in my lineup. There is no change indicated in any of my last several bills, so please restore it.
I have tried calling and chatting online, but no one is responding.

I am having the same issue. I chatted with an agent yesterday who said that I have STARZ in my package and he reset things and said I should have it in an hour. I still don't. An error message pops up on my screen when I attempt to change/check my package online.
Again, Starz is no longer included in any package. It is only available as a stand-alone subscription. Some of the salesdroids probably do not have properly updated info yet.
