Missing One Channel from My Lineup

I am missing one channel from my lineup:  1485, Cooking Channel.  I am seeing 1484 and 1486, and I can see the non-HD Cooking Channel on a lower channel.

I called support.  The guy had no idea, and kept telling me I need a visit from a technician.  Eventually he tried a reset, and I unplugged and plugged back in, but that was more than 2 hours ago, and still nothing.

I have a cable box on one tv and a cable card in a Tivo on another.

Any ideas?
