I received a new cable box from the Xfinity Store, but required an Xfinity tech to come to my home and perform a "factory re-set" on the new box. Unfortunately, the tech left before I had a chance to check if everything was working properly. When I did check, I discoveryed two missing channels from my package, and when I use the Xfinity button on the remote, I'm sent to the Setup Menu and can't reach my premium channels.
Anyone have a fix for this?
