MSNBC not working again. GRRR

I depend upon Xfinity for internet TV, phones and security, but often can't tune in MSNBC on the DVR DVR or the bedroom TV. At other times, it turns on to Fox News, which I never watch unless they are doing something really outrageous, Waiting for an agent to call back is impossible. I would surely change all services if they didn't hold such a monopoly where I live!
