ME tv Availability
Just got off the phone after being passed through 3 reps that lasted 1 hour and 6 minutes with no resolution. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Here are the issues I learned from discussing with your reps today.
1. Channel 302 ME tv streaming version is down today for maintenance, will be up later today and your reps said there would be a message sent out when this occurs. Maintenance of course as you are aware should be done during the middle of the night. This channel does not show up as part of channel lineup - this started today 8/11/20. Please fix ASAP
2. Channel 302 ME tv on Xfinity box comes in but will not record( trying to use as work around since streaming not working) all other channels record properly.

using a smart phone/tablet and the Xfinity My Account app, go to the TV tab and channel lineup link. do you see that channel listed in that list of channels? does the channel work on your home set top boxes?

No resolution yet. More specific info is ME TV in Portland Or area, provider is KATU 302/1170(hd).

use a smart phone/tablet and the xfinity My Account app and sign in. go to the TV tab and the Channel lineup. do you see the channel listed in your current subscription on that list?

Thanks for response, but yes have done that, 302no longer there under guide and one of the many channels listed. Just disappeared Tuesday. They said they had put in ticket and would be fixed with 48 hours, 4 days later nothing. I think that was a bogus response used to pacify me at the time. Spent 3 hours on phone with them, waste!!!

I can get it on my cable box, but it'snot appearing on their online menu. I don'tget it !

No, that doesn't work either. I have always additionally had the apps on my phone. I did search, nothing. the two channels that it's on are just GONE. Called in and she re-booted or whatever my box I guess and works THERE. (I wasn't using that tv). I saw another comment about it not recording when you DO have it. I'll have to test that. Going upstairs to watch "Sven".
Told her as long as it's working for Leave it to Beaver on Monday morning, I'm good.
