That appears to be Baltimore, MD. It seems as if it airs on WMAR as channel 2.5. It depends on if Comcast has a deal to carry all of WMAR's channels (ABC, Laff, Bounce TV, Court TV, Court TV Mystery).
Thanks for the response yes Comcast carrys all the channels you listed but not "Live Court TV". Court TV Mystery is definitely not Live Court TV. Will be glad when that channel is added
