Limited Basic addons

Does anyone know how to find a list of what is in the Limited Basic add on for Sports and News?  someone posted the Kids and Family and the entertainment, both are very weak esp at the cost.  I have been unable to find the Sports and News list at all.  I talked to several agents, got all kinds of stories on this and am about to go elsewhere although in my area they do have the best internet available.
