Let's honor your contract?

My contract states Cinemax and Starz are included.  These channels have been removed, yet I see NO compensation on my bill (but it steadily increases).  The document I signed has NO statement allowing for substitution or removal of channels (even examined fine print).  The newly provided channels (presumed to replace the above) are 'B' class at best.

 

This is the last time contact concerning this issue will be made.  Customer service was absolutely NO help and there is always an excuse.  Your propaganda concerning how much you care about your customer is hogwash.  You should honor YOUR contract as you expect your customer to, or another provider will be considered.
