Last Watched

If I don't subscribe to a channel, don't show it in my last watched list! There are so many channels that I can't keep track of what it's in or out of my package. It's frustrating to tune in, be told it's not part of my package and then get my last watched list cluttered with channels not in my package.

You are so correct! I called customer service and I made a report. It's really a terrible that you pay your bill every month and they stick this NCAA thing in your last watched. And you're not getting all your nine channels. Normally I get 9 channels and with this NCAA thing they cut it down to 7. And I was really, really mad. I could understand if I did not pay my bill, but that's not the case. Finally, it did go away and I'm very happy for that. If I pay for something, just give me what I paid for and that's it. I don't need Comcast telling me what to watch!

CC Andrew, it is not about the guide. It has nothing to do with the guide, it is about the last channels watched when you take your remote and you click the button "last" it shows you the last nine channels that you watched. This has nothing to do with the guide. You're not solving the problem.

if you can't access the channel that's not in your package, it won't show up in Last Watched. Any big events have always been added to the Last watched, Oscars, Super Bowl etc. The Op from 2 years ago didn't mentioned the extra event channel advertising. This would be where you start your own thread and not reply to a 2 year old thread
