LAST WATCHED SCREEN

I use the Last Watched screen all the time and I edit it to keep only the channels I like the most.  Recently the XFINITY MOVIE PREMIERE icon was listed in the Last Watched screen and I cannot seem to delete that.  I have tried by hitting the D button but there is no response for deleting XFINITY MOVIE PREMIERE from the list.  I've even tried to delete all the channels from the Last Watched list and all EXCEPT the XFINITY MOVIE PREMIER icon were deleted.  Can someone help with this??
