Anyone else have this problem? I have the Jade channel premium channel but it disappeared today.

I also have the same issue, been trying to refresh the system to see if it helps.
I just spoke with a customer service rep and they said to try channel 3150 for Jade. For some reason they changed it without notifying anyone. Hope that works for everyone.
Yes they sent an email to your xfinity account which if you're like me, never use or check. They moved all international channels over to a new 4 digit channel. If you can't get in because your equipment only takes 3 digits, you can use the microphone button on your remote to voice remote in and say the channel numbers. So press and say "3150" for Jade.
Don't need to refresh system (which i did) - just need to use voice remote to say new channel number
