Investigation Discovery

I want it back. I was told by customer service it was i process. Failure to put it back in the line up constitutes a breech of contract! 20 days and I take my business elsewhere! Clock is ticking!

Comcast currently does not have an agreement to carry ID, and there is no estimated time when/if it will.  Sorry.

You need to read the contract agreed to when you initiated service.  The email I received and which is available online states:

 

B. Services and Charges
1. You will receive the Services listed in the Offer at the price(s) and subject to the
conditions indicated in the Offer and as identified in the Order Confirmation. Other Services
included in the Order Confirmation that are not part of the Offer are subject to the prices
and terms for those Services as indicated in the Order Confirmation. Comcast may
rearrange, delete, add to or otherwise change programming or features or offerings
contained in its Services.
