Hitz on Signature Triple Play

I changed my package about 1 month ago to Signature Triple Play. The lineup says I do not get HITZ, but I still have it. Also, The Movie Channel was in my old package but not in Signature Triple Play. I can watch it on my stream app still, but not in my cable box.


Does it take awhile to delete channels you no longer have from your system?


I did a System Refresh already.
