Hallmark Drama not working today, 02/08/2020

Hallmark Drama is not working today, 02/08/2020. There is no error message, it just keeps trying to work but no picture or sound. Is anyone else having issues with it? I am in the Brockton, MA 02302 area. I do have Digital Preferred, so it is supposed to be part of my package. Thanks.

Same thing here outside of Chicago today.  Is this yet another Comcast channel that is no longer being offered unless signed up for some package that's not germane--like TCM now only available with a sports package?

mdbam, I hope not. It took them years to bring it to Xfinity/Comcast. I will be so mad if they pushed it to another package. Every package they offer now, you lose other channels! I still can't believe they think people who watch TCM would ever watch sports! Laurie
