HGTV and Food Network un watchable

HGTV and the Food Network is so distorted int the evening that it is unwatchable. In the morning it is fine. When I contacted customer service I was told this was a known problem but they did not offer a solution. Has anyone else expereinced this problem?

I don’t know about it being nation wide, if it was it wouldn’t just be in the evening. Channels come in on different frequencies. Something is impeding those channel’s frequencies. Day vs night usually points to an outside issue and you’ll need a tech out
