Freezes and signal loss intermittent
Tried calling Comcast for days now and I hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever comes on. Tried the chat but it just keeps you on a virtual machine that rotated over and over and never connects you to a live chat person. For weeks now TVs have had intermittent freeze and error message saying signal interruption. Can reach no one at Xfinity. Did reboot etc and I think it just needs stronger signal to come in the house. Checked all connections. Xfinity has abandoned us all . No one on phones and they just want you to hang up.
