That’s a tuning error, generally a reset isn’t the fix. Channels come in on different frequencies, something is impeding the frequency Foxnews is on. Check your cables are tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further
I am another customer with the same issue, but different channels in the chicago area. QVC, ESPN, ESPN II. Of course we shop at home and enjoy sports. Customer service suggested replacing our main X1 receiver. Unfortantaly same concern. We have eliminated the entire house and ran a new cable from outside connector directly to the main X1 receiever and have the same issue. Any suggestions?
