Fox News not working

Every other channel works! But Fox
news is not working! Just getting black screen with three dots like it’s trying to load. What’s going on???

My response would be the same as I posted for Fox News.  NO preference here.  Just information gathering.

Had same problem after installation of new Xfinity gateway.

I resolved it by doing a system refresh. Use the My Account mobile app.

tap TV, tap Troubleshoot, tap continue, tap system refresh.

This is what they do when you call in.

I've noticed that Xfinity has issues with Fox News nearly every night too, especially Tucker Carlson. Hmmmm.
