FETV

FETV was listed in the guide in Albuquerque yesterday, 1 August.  When  I clicked on the program (The Saint at 8PM), the screen was blank although it clearly said The Saint and FETV.  This is the second time that FETV has been listed in the guide but only temporarily.  IS FETV coming back?  Why is FETV listed in the guide when the programming won't come up and the screen is blank?  This is very frustrating.
