That red button remote...from an older cable box? Ours we had near 18 years and when we replaced an old remote, they gave us one with a red ok button.
You need to access the cable box settings....there you will be able to change/delete fav lists....
Assuming your remote looks like the one in the answered post and you have an old box. I had a number of fav list set up...but we upgraded to x1 (not sure about it yet, it's not as easy to use as the old setup but you can talk to it!). The answered post has the info...sorry!
