Error XRE 03121
I upgraded my package of channels. Now some channels show this error. I went through all the troubleshooting, spent 2 hours on the phone with an agent who transfered me to advanced repair. They sent a "special" signal to my tv that they said would work in 24 hours. It still hasn't worked. Does anyone know how to fix this please?
I don't like paying for things I cannot see.

You've probably already done this but unplug your box and remove the cable for a minute or two, then put the cable back and plug your box back in and let it update itself.
