EPIX 07.2020: no longer part of packages?

Yesterday, we had Epix as part of our cable tv package -- ever since they dropped Starz. Today, picked up new remotes and sign a new 2 yr price WithOut channel changes -- But now we don't get EPIX. I can't find any announcement like they sent regarding Starz. Everything I read still says Epix is still part of the Preferred package. Does anyone know any different?
