Channels not working
I got a new set top box and I connected it. All the cables are secure and on demand works fine. Whenever I try to watch live TV I get a message giving me a code XRE-10007. I also have another set top box that tells me that There has been a change to my service, but I’ve been paying all my bills early or on time and have not changed anything. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
