For those who are looking forward to NFL red Zone - today should have been the first day of viewing it for the 2019 season. Unfortunately, I was unable to access it. After troubleshooting with the first CS agent, I was told to wait an hour after a refresh signal was sent and if the channel still wasn’t available to call Comcast again ( The message I got said I had to subscribe to get the channel although it’s included in the sports entertainment package which i do have). I waited for 2 hours but the channel still wasn’t available. I called CS again and this time was told yes I should have it but because Comcast hasn't renewed the contract with NFL for NFL red zone, if i wanted the channel now Id have to pay an additional $9.95 a month to get the channel until the contract is renewed — ah no!! Has anyone else been told this? I was assured once the contract is renewed I’d start getting the channel.
