Channel packages don't work
I've added the Sports and Entertainment packages before and they worked fine. This time, they appear on my account, I got an order confirmation but nothing has gotten the channels to work. I've been on the phone literally all day, countless account refreshes, turning cable box off and on...nothing is working. I got escalated to some other support team who MIGHT call me tomorrow? The signals are going through because my box turns off each time but still no sports channels and no entertainment channels. $45 extra on my bill for channels that are supposed to show up almost instantly after you order them. Does anyone know how to help me? Three agents, tech support and one supervisor have done nothing.
