Channel lineup in website is miss-leading

I switched my TV package according to the channel lineup in my area.  But the actual channels I got are different than what the website shows.  For example, the HGTV channel is showed up in both Economy and Starter packages on the website, but the actually Economy package doesn't have that channel.  See below screen shot from the website. The information on website is misleading.
